Meet your Doula

Welcome to SOULA! My name is Kayla and I am a certified postpartum doula serving the greater NYC area. My goal is to create a safe space filled with support, peace, and empowerment for my clients. I am easy-going, flexible, positive, real and put soul into everything I do. Postpartum is a forever experience and deserves the same attention as your birth.

I have learned that everyone’s needs are different so I strongly believe in supporting mothers, birthing persons and families in an authentic way, tailored to their specific needs and wants. As your doula, I will guide you through planning your postpartum experience and make sure YOU are taken care of and that you and your family feel seen, heard and respected throughout this journey.
